Biophilic Office Design for Private Client

This confidential client, an impact platform dedicated to addressing contemporary societal and environmental challenges, sought to create a headquarters that reflected their mission through both design and materials. 

From the outset, plants were a central element of the vision from the design team at Partners by Design. Coach House was brought in to advise on the long-term viability of built-in planters, providing guidance on depth requirements, waterproofing, and other considerations to Clune Construction. In addition, our team sourced free-standing planters and continues to provide ongoing maintenance. 

The result is a thoughtfully integrated plantscape, from an arid cactus garden in the office’s southwest corner to a lush tropical display of rare philodendrons in a greenhouse-style conference room—each element designed to inspire and invigorate the space.

Coach House continues to provide ongoing plant care on a weekly basis.
