Service FAQs

  • Our Blooming Subscriptions Service will provide a custom flat-rate billing based on the scale of your space, the amount of floral arrangements you require each week, and other conditions. You also have the option to adjust your budget based on your ongoing needs. 

  • We always appreciate long-term partnerships, but we also prioritize flexibility. 

    If your office is closing for a holiday or you need to adjust your service level, you can pause or cancel your subscription with a simple 7-day notice. 

    If you would like to cancel your subscription, please give us a 14-day notice, and we’ll cancel your subscription. You can always restart your subscription at any time.

  • You can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice for the monthly blooming rotation and 7-day notice with the weekly floral subscription

  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds mid-month; however, you can still cancel your subscription and continue to receive floral arrangements for the rest of the month (floral arrangements on a weekly basis, orchid on a monthly basis).

  • We deliver arrangements from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. 

  • No, we provide all the materials you need for the monthly or weekly delivery. If you have preferred vases, please let us know and we will do our best to incorporate into the rotation.

  • Live flowers typically last 5 - 7 days. It is likely some flowers will begin to wilt towards the end of the delivery cycle. Removing wilted flowers from arrangements and changing the water is often the best recommendation. Please give us a call at 773-235-6200, and we’ll assist you right away. You can also email us at info@coachhouseplants.com, but calling will provide a faster response.
