Full-Scale Plant Installations for Corporate Headquarters

Spanning four floors in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop, DRW’s headquarters features an immersive plant design that seamlessly integrates greenery into the built environment. Nearly every plant element is housed within built-in planters in key gathering areas such as cafes, training rooms and conference rooms creating a bold, architectural approach to biophilic design. 

Coach House worked directly with Ted Moudis Associates to provide guidance on built-in planter dimensions and plant selection, ensuring each species was suited to its specific environment in terms of light, scale, and long-term viability. We continue to provide ongoing maintenance, keeping the plantings thriving and dynamic as they evolve within the space.
